Bats

Explanation:

Bats are looking for a place to have their babies which were born mid June. You may not know it but you may have had Bats in your attic or crawl space for years. They can be pretty quiet. When the babies are born and start getting to what we call the teenager age, they will become bored and move around a lot more. Mom must come and go more often to provide food for them. The babies arent quite ready to leave because they dont have their flying technique just right yet so they need to wait for the mom form of FAA to clear them for flight which will be about the end of July and that is when we can exclude them from your house and they can go and live somewhere else, like in caves some place where people dont live.
